What is included with the monthly membership?
Our monthly membership includes four different workout programs. Our most popular program is POWER30, a video-based program you can do from anywhere with just a set of dumbbells - all you need to do is press play and follow along with Hannah. You also get access to a strength-based gym program, a home workout program, and our XFIT program of high intensity workouts you can complete at the gym or at home with just a set of dumbbells!

In addition to the workouts, you also receive access to our members-only resources pages to help you learn how to navigate your journey long-term, access to our recipe library with updated menu items and custom nutrition coaching/guidance is also available to members included with their membership.

Members also receive access to our quarterly 8-week challenges and monthly mini challenges!
What is the cost to join?
How do I access the workouts and recipes after signing up?
Once you sign up, you will receive an email with next steps to get access to the members-only portion of the website which includes the workouts, resources, and recipes. You will also receive info on how to access your nutrition coaching if you want that guidance as well!
What is the POWER30 workout split?
Monday: Full Body, Tuesday: Shoulders & Core, Wednesday: Legs & Glutes, Thursday: Upper Body, Friday: Full Body
Can I join at any time or do I need to wait for a new challenge to start?
You can join at ANY time! No need to wait 'til Monday, or the next month, or the next challenge!
What nutrition guidance do you offer with the membership?
Detailed documents on how to build healthy, balanced nutrition habits are available under the "Resources" section of the members-only site as well as recipes and grocery lists.

Members can also get individualized nutrition guidance through the 1st Phorm app, where Hannah is an advisor. You will receive direction on how to set up the app upon signing up. After downloading the app, you will need to request Hannah by entering "hammes" into the Advisor search.
